Small Space Condo Project

A builder basic condo is given a makeover to bring it from boring to glamourous. The homeowner wanted a modern twist on an old world look, reminiscent of a Parisian pied-à-terre. New millwork was designed to create a timeless look. Custom-built storage units were constructed to provide much needed storage space in this 600 S.F. condo. A detailed approach was given to space planning and careful consideration of all semi-custom furniture pieces selected to create a spacious flow in this open concept living area as featured in Western Living
